What is the current Batch End Date?Last Day to place orders: 13/12/2019 (Friday) Shipping to Malaysia warehouse: 16/12/2019 (Monday) Arrival at your Doorstep: Between 25/12/2019- 3/1/2020* *If there are no delays at immigration customs.

How does your ordering system work?All items on our website are available on a pre-order basis, unless stated otherwise. We will ship from Australia to our warehouse every fortnight (2 weeks), and your item should take approximately a week to arrive at your doorstep after that.

Why is there a confirmation period?All our pre-order items are subject to a 24-hour confirmation period as we need to check the availablity in their respective Australian stores. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I request for an Australian product that is not available on your website?Yes! To request an item, shoot us a message on Instagram DM, Whatsapp or Email :) We will give you a quote as soon as we can!

How long will it take to receive my items?Depending on the day you placed your order, it could be between 10 working days to 21 working days. This is because our Australian shipments occur fortnightly, which is during the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. Therefore, if you placed your order right before the shipment date, you will be able to receive it sooner. Please refer to FAQ 1 (Current Batch End Date) for more info.

Oops! I ordered the wrong design/changed my mind.You can contact us for edits or cancellation to your orders within 12 hours after clicking "Order Now". Please understand that we may not be able to change/cancel your order after that period as we would have already purchased the item for you.

Refunds?We will evaluate your item for a refund if is it damaged beyond reason deemed by our team. However, for consumables (eg skin care products, essential oils), refunds are not possible once the protective packaging is opened. Thank you for your understanding.
