SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping from Australia to our Malaysian warehouse are included in the item price.

You will only need to pay for domestic shipping, which is: 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our items arrive from Australia 7-10 business days after every Batch End Date. From our warehouse, it will arrive at your doorstep within 1-3  business days (West MY), 3-5 business days (East MY).  If you need expedited/express/urgent post, please contact us separately. 

RETURN POLICY

If your product is visibly damaged upon receiving, please take a photo and send it to us so that we can evaluate the situation. In the event that the goods are damaged beyond reason, we will provide a refund as soon as we can. For consumables (eg skin care products, essential oils, tea), refunds are not possible once the protective packaging is opened. Unfortunately we do not do exchanges or returns at this stage. 

PAYMENT METHOD

You are welcome to finalise your payment via Debit/Credit Card, Paypal, or direct bank transfer. If you select the direct bank transfer option, please message us so that we can provide our bank details for you. We will process your order as soon as we receive your payment.
